Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching has become increasingly popular as people learn the value of effective support in the growth and development process. The analogy to sports is clear. Having a trusted and experienced guide on the sidelines, having a different perspective outside the action is an effective tool for developing new skills.

An Executive Coach serves the same two functions as an athletic coach. The coach teaches the basic skills necessary to execute successfully during the ‘practice’ phase. Then, during the ‘game’, the coach provides specific advice on the specific issues at hand. The position of the coach on the ‘sidelines’ allows a unique perspective and viewpoint on the situation.
